Next, red pepper, salt, turmeric, coriander powder, and garam masala should be added. Now, add the meat on high heat and flip until just translucent. To cook the meat, add some water. Reduce the heat, cover the pan, and cook the meat, stirring regularly, until the water is absorbed and the fat separates. When the fat separates, add the tomatoes and continue simmering. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
