A simple breakfast for Gwyneth Paltrow starts with fresh ingredients from her own garden. The American actress and Goop founder recently shared a video showing how she prepares a filling morning meal with eggs, turkey sausage, leafy greens and fresh herbs.
"One of those use what you've got type breakfasts," her Instagram caption reads.
The video begins with Paltrow chopping garlic in her kitchen. She then heads outside to her garden, where she picks fresh Swiss chard, leafy greens and herbs. After collecting the ingredients, she returns to the kitchen with her dog.
Then, Paltrow prepares the vegetables on a cutting board. She chops leeks, leafy greens and cherry tomatoes and keeps them ready for cooking.

She then places a cast-iron skillet on the stove and cooks ground turkey sausage until it turns brown. Once the sausage is cooked, she adds the chopped leeks, cherry tomatoes and fresh greens to the pan.
Paltrow cooks the vegetables with the sausage before cracking eggs directly into the skillet. She covers the pan and lets the eggs cook along with the rest of the ingredients. She finishes the dish with salt, pepper and fresh herbs before serving it straight from the skillet.
The comments section was full of reactions, with users praising and loving Paltrow's delicious breakfast.
One wrote, "Fabulous! And delicious! Hitting your daily protein target in one meal," while another commented, "Your dish looks lovely." Another wrote, "That looks incredible and you're so pretty."
