The best part is that these sweet treats are prepared with jowar and almond flour, hence they are healthy as well as gluten-free.

Christmas Cupcakes Recipe I How To Make Gluten-Free Cupcakes
Ingredients:
Butter spread (room temperature): ½ cup
Brown sugar: ¾ cup
Greek yoghurt: ¼ cup
Jowar flour: ½ cup
Almond flour: ¾ cup
Cocoa powder: ¼
Baking powder: 1tsp
Baking soda: ½ tsp
Pinch of salt
Milk: ¼ cup
Vanilla essence: 1tsp
Method:
Step 1: Add brown sugar and butter spread in a bowl, and whisk it for 5-7 minutes using a blender. Now, add some yoghurt and whisk it for another 2 minutes.
Step 2: Add all the dry ingredients starting with jowar flour. Make sure you pass it through a sieve. Next throw in almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Give it a mix.
Step 3: Now, pour in the milk of your choice, along with some vanilla essence. Mix it well. The consistency should be thick and smooth.
Step 4: Transfer the cupcake mix to a piping bag.
Step 5: Keep the silicon moulds ready or grease the cupcake tray. Pour in the mixture evenly.
Step 6: Preheat the oven for 10 minutes at 180 Celsius. Put the silicon moulds for 25 mins.
Frosting
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate (melted): ¾ cup
White chocolate (melted): ¾ cup
Milk: 4 tbsp
Butter spread: 4 tbsp
Method
Step 1: Take two bowls with melted chocolate - one with dark and the other with white chocolate.
Step 2: First add 2 tbsp milk to each chocolate bowl, followed by 2 tbsp butter spread in each.
Step 3: Give it a mix and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Before you start icing, make sure the cupcakes have come down to room temperature or else the icing will melt. Pipe out the chocolate on top of the cupcakes and finish off with candy decorations.
