Ingredients of Beetroot Feta Slider
- 340 gms Beetroot Raw (Squeezed)
- 70 gram Walnuts
- 50 gram Feta Cheese
- 3 gram Salt
- 3 gram Roasted Jeera
- 3 gram Butter
- 10 gram Homemade Mayo
- 3 gram Hydroponic ice berg lettuce
- 2 nos Broiche sliders

Take the beetroot, boil it with skin and let it cool down.
Once cool, peel and grate the beetroot. Squeeze out the extra water from it.
Add chopped walnuts, salt, roasted cumin (Jeera) seeds. Mix well and then add the feta chunks. Check for seasoning.
Now, start making the patties one by one.
Shallow fry them in olive oil. Cook well from both the sides. Keep aside for sometime.
Take two Brioche sliders, slide horizontally, apply butter on the cut part, and pan grill on a hot plate. Toast well for a nice golden colour.
Take the heel of the toasted slider buns, apply home made mayonnaise then place the lettuce leaf and the beetroot feta patty on top of it.
Garnish with brown onion and roughly chopped sultanas.
