  • 4 Bread Slices
  • 6 tbsp Sugar
  • 4 tbsp Water
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 1 tbsp Ghee

How to Make Caramel Bread Popcorn

First, remove the brown edges of the bread slices and cut into small cubes.

In a pan, add ghee and slightly toast the bread cubes until crispy.

In a separate pan, add sugar and water. Allow it to cook for 3-4 mins on low-heat or until the sugar syrup thickens

Once caramelized, add butter and milk. Mix well.

Once the mixture thickens, turn off the heat and add the bread cubes. Combine well.
6.
Place them on a parchment paper and allow to cool. The caramel bread popcorns are ready. Serve and enjoy!
