Ingredients of Caramel Cups
- 500 Gram Sugar
- 500 Gram Fresh cream
- 20 Gram Butter
- 800 Gram Melted Dark Chocolate
- 300 Gram Melted White Chocolate
- A pinch of Salt
How to Make Caramel CupsHideShow Media
Melt sugar in a pan till golden Brown. Add fresh cream and bring to boil. Boil thoroughly till its caramelly. Remove from the fire and add salt.
Apply butter on the tray and pour mixture on the tray. Add a bit white chocolate on the sides of the mould with a piping bag or brush. Let it cool for 10 minutes.
Fill Melted and tempered Dark Chocolate in mould. Turn mould upside down to make hollow shells. Cool shells in a refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes.
Tap hollow shells out and fill up with the Caramel mixture.
Top the shells with the balanced melted Milk Chocolate or nuts and fruits of your choice.
Cool in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy.
