Ingredients of Corn & Jalapeno Poppers
200 Gram Fresh corn kernels
50 Gram Corn flour
1 Whole egg
50 Gram Cheddar cheese, grated
100 Gram Jalapeno poppers, chopped
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Coriander (toasted & ground)
2 Green onions, sliced
Handful Fresh Cilantro, chopped
1/2 Lemon (zest and juice)
250 Ml Cooking oil
How to Make Corn & Jalapeno Poppers
1.Mix the corn, flour, egg, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, paprika, coriander, green onion, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl.
2.Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, form into free molded shapes and fry until golden brown.
