Ingredients of Corn & Jalapeno Poppers
- 200 Gram Fresh corn kernels
- 50 gram Corn flour
- 1 Whole egg
- 50 gram Cheddar cheese, grated
- 100 gram Jalapeno poppers, chopped
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Coriander (toasted & ground)
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- Handful Fresh Cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 Lemon (zest and juice)
- 250 ml Cooking oil

Mix the corn, flour, egg, cheddar cheese, jalapenos, paprika, coriander, green onion, cilantro and lime juice in a bowl.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, form into free molded shapes and fry until golden brown.
Serve with sriracha sauce and garlic aioli.
