Ingredients of Goan Chicken Rava Fry
- 1/2 Cup Dahi
- 1 tsp Red Chilli
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Green Cardamom
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 6-7 Chicken pieces
- 1/2 cup Rava

Take a bowl and add yoghurt.
To this, add red chilli powder, pepper, salt, cardamom powder, ginger garlic paste, lemon and cloves. Mix it well.
Then take the chicken pieces and marinate them with the prepared paste for half an hour.
Then take semolina on a plate, coat the chicken pieces, and pan-fry it.
Once the chicken turns brown and crisp, garnish it with coriander leaves. Then it is ready to be served!
