Ingredients of Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita
- 100 Gram Spinach (chopped), boiled
- 50 Gram Green onion
- 10 Gram Green garlic
- 5 Gram Green chilli paste
- 50 Gram Green bell pepper
- 5 Gram Parsley
- 100 Gram Feta cheese
- 50 Gram Coriander leaves
- 100 Ml Olive oil
- 50 Gram Butter
- 10 sheets Phyllo sheets
How to Make Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita
- 1.Heat one table spoon of oil in a pan sauté the onion, garlic & bell pepper.
- 2.Fry for 2 minutes & add the spinach.
- 3.Mix well, add the parsley, coriander leaves.
- 4.Turn of the heat. Let the mixture cool. Mix butter and feta cheese in it.
- 5.Fill the mixture in the phyllo sheets in a triangle shape.
- 6.Preheat the oven to 350 F and keep the triangles in the center of the oven.
- 7.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes & serve.
