Ingredients of Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita
100 Gram Spinach (chopped), boiled
50 Gram Green onion
10 Gram Green garlic
5 Gram Green chilli paste
50 Gram Green bell pepper
5 Gram Parsley
100 Gram Feta cheese
50 Gram Coriander leaves
100 Ml Olive oil
50 Gram Butter
10 sheets Phyllo sheets
How to Make Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita
1.Heat one table spoon of oil in a pan sauté the onion, garlic & bell pepper.
2.Fry for 2 minutes & add the spinach.
3.Mix well, add the parsley, coriander leaves.
4.Turn of the heat. Let the mixture cool. Mix butter and feta cheese in it.
5.Fill the mixture in the phyllo sheets in a triangle shape.
6.Preheat the oven to 350 F and keep the triangles in the center of the oven.
7.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes & serve.
