Ingredients of Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita

  • 100 Gram Spinach (chopped), boiled
  • 50 Gram Green onion
  • 10 Gram Green garlic
  • 5 Gram Green chilli paste
  • 50 Gram Green bell pepper
  • 5 Gram Parsley
  • 100 Gram Feta cheese
  • 50 Gram Coriander leaves
  • 100 Ml Olive oil
  • 50 Gram Butter
  • 10 sheets Phyllo sheets

How to Make Green Herbs Stuffed Spicy Spanakopita

  • 1.Heat one table spoon of oil in a pan sauté the onion, garlic & bell pepper.
  • 2.Fry for 2 minutes & add the spinach.
  • 3.Mix well, add the parsley, coriander leaves.
  • 4.Turn of the heat. Let the mixture cool. Mix butter and feta cheese in it.
  • 5.Fill the mixture in the phyllo sheets in a triangle shape.
  • 6.Preheat the oven to 350 F and keep the triangles in the center of the oven.
  • 7.Bake for 20 to 25 minutes & serve.
