Yes, you read it right, a dish that has wonderful taste of Praakritik (natural) Garlic Ghee and Italian herbs which will make your taste buds crave for more.

Ingredients of Herb and Garlic Ghee Infused Veggie Pasta
- 1-2 Tbsp Garlic Ghee
- 1 Bowl Pasta
- Vegetables Chopped as per the requirement
- 1/2-1/4 tsp Chilli peppers
- 1 tbsp Dried basil
- 1 tbsp Dried parsley
- 1 tbsp Dried oregano
- 2 tsp Dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp Cracked black pepper
- Salt as per requirement
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- Cheese for grating

Boil the pasta in lightly salted water and little bit of oil/ Garlic Ghee so the Pasta doesn’t stick to each other, drain the water and keep the boiled pasta in a bowl.
Heat the Garlic Ghee in a large non-stick skillet over medium low heat.
Chop the vegetables as per the requirement into small bite-sized pieces and add them to the skillet, stir it till you feel that they are properly cooked. Add Salt while cooking. Keep in mind to check the Salt since the pasta is boiled in salt water.
Add the pasta to the skillet and season it with dried herbs, and pepper. Toss it well to combine and let it all rest for a few minutes to stick together a bit.
Grate some cheese over the pasta and delicious pasta is ready to serve.
