Ingredients of Island Affair
- 15 ml Puerto Rican white rum
- 15 ml 3YO Trinidad & Tobago rum
- 15 ml coconut rum liqueur
- 30 ml dark Indian rum
- 15 ml litchi crush
- 1 wedge of lime
- 10 ml blue curacao syrup
- Soda/ sprite to top
- Garnish: Half slice sweet lime, mint leaves
- Glass: Pilsner
How to Make Island Affair

Fill shaker with ice.

Squeeze wedge of lime and drop in.
3.
Add white rum, coconut liqueur, litchi crush and shake.
4.
Pour into glass. Add blue curacao. Top with 1/2 soda, 1/2 sprite.
5.
Float dark rum over the ice. Garnish!
