Ingredients of Kaju Rose Barfi
- 500 gms White chocolate
- 200 gram Roasted cashews
- 2 gram Dry rose petals
- 1-2 drop Camphor
- 10 drops Saffron
- 5 drops Cardamom
- 5 drops Rose syrup
How to Make Kaju Rose Barfi

Melt the chocolate, add half of the cashew nuts.

Add rest of the ingredients. Mix well and pour it in moulds.

Now add the rest of the roasted cashews on top along with rose petals.
