Ingredients of Instant Coconut Barfi

  • 1 bowl Desiccated Coconut
  • 1 cup Khoya
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Ghee
  • Water to make syrup
  • A pinch of Cardamom Powder

How to Make Instant Coconut Barfi

Boil sugar in water and form syrup.

Add desiccated coconut to it and mix thoroughly.
3.
Add ghee and khoya and mix. Keep stirring continuously to avoid lump.
4.
Add cardamom and give it a final mix.
5.
Transfer the mix to a plate that is already greased with some ghee.
6.
Even it out and let it rest for a while. Apply some ghee on the the top.
7.
Now cut into barfi shapes and serve.
