Ingredients of Sattu Cashew Barfi

  • 250 Gram Chana Sattu
  • 200 gram Ghee
  • 175 gram Coarse sugar (bhura chini)
  • 15-20 Finely chopped Cashew Nut
  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

How to Make Sattu Cashew Barfi

Take wok heat ghee on medium heat. Add Chana Sattu roasted on low flame. Sauté nicely. Stir continuously until becomes aromatic flavor. Turn off the gas.

Keep aside roasted Sattu dough for cooling in room temperature. Add coarse sugar, cardamom powder and cashew nuts.

Mix well with spatula or hands. Put on a small tray and spread the mixture and make shape of Barfi on flat tray, let it set for few minutes and delicious Sattu Cashew Barfi is ready to serve.
