Ingredients of Khas Khas And Gud Ki Panjiri

  • 1 Cup White Sesame seeds
  • 1 cup Khas Khas seeds
  • 1 cup Melon Seeds
  • 1 cup Cashew Nuts
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 200 gram Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1 cup Crushed Jaggery
  • 2 cups Wheat Flour

How to Make Khas Khas And Gud Ki Panjiri

Heat pan, when hot add white sesame seeds and roast until golden brown

Heat pan again and add ¼ of ghee and fry above frying ingredients, one by one keep aside.

Fine chop cashew nut, almond, raisins.

Heat pan and roast wheat flour till brown.

Add remaining ghee in a pan. When ghee melts add chopped dry fruits, green cardamom. Than add wheat flour, roasted and all ingredients.
6.
When hot add crushed jaggery. Remove from fire and mix well. Panjiri is ready.
