Ingredients of No Bread Sooji Toast

  • 1 Cup Sooji
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  • 1/2 cup Chopped carrot
  • 1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Pepper
  • Salt according to taste

How to Make No Bread Sooji Toast

Prepare the sooji ghol by mixing sooji, curd, some water and salt.

Then in a pan add chopped onion, carrots, tomatoes and capsicum. Mix these with masalas and sautee for a few minutes.
3.
Then in another pan, pour some sooji batter, in middle add the vegetable mix and pour the batter from above.
4.
Cook this well and serve with any chutney or sauce and enjoy!
