Ingredients of Reshmi Chicken Paratha Roll

  • 300 gms Chicken Boneless
  • 1 large Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Cashew Nuts
  • 1 tbsp Til
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  • 1/2 cup Curd
  • 4-5 Green Chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (chopped)
  • 4-5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • For Parathas
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • Oil as required
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Green Chutney

How to Make Reshmi Chicken Paratha Roll

Blend cashews and sesame seeds in a blender. Now add green chillies, ginger, garlic buds, cream and curd to it and make a smooth paste.

Take boneless chicken in a bowl and add the prepared paste, red pepper, black pepper, coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix all the things well with the chicken.

Let the chicken marinate for 15 to 20 minutes. Till the time the chicken is getting marinated, knead it and make parathas.

After this, heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan and put the marinated chicken in it and start cooking.
5.
When the chicken starts cooking, add chopped onion to it. When the chicken is completely cooked, switch off the gas.
6.
Take paratha, spread mayonnaise on it, add prepared chicken and now prepare rolls by pouring green chutney on it.
