About Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream Recipe: While the original gadbad sees a tall glass filled with three differently flavoured ice-cream scoops (in this case, rose petal ice cream!), with nuts, fresh fruit cubes, jelly and tutti frooti alternating each scoop. All this is then topped off with a bit of sweet, thickened milk.

Ingredients of Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream

  • 3 scoops rose petal ice cream
  • 15 gms dried tutti frooti
  • 20 gms orange jelly
  • 4 gram almonds
  • 3 gram pistachio
  • 3 gram cashew nuts
  • 15 gms red apple
  • 10 gms white raisins
  • 10 gram pomegranate
  • 90 ml orange juice
  • 80 gms sugar
  • 1 gram gelatine powder
  • 15 ml rose syrup

How to Make Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream

  • 1.Cut apples into small cubes and soak in sugar syrup along with raisins.
  • 2.Prepare orange jelly with orange juice, sugar and gelatine.
  • 3.Finely chop cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and keep it aside.
  • 4.Take a tall glass and line it with rose syrup, later layer it with mixture of apple and raisins, orange jelly, assorted nuts, tutti frooti, pomegranate and a scoop of rose petal ice cream and repeat the procedure thrice until the glass is full till the brim.
