3 scoops rose petal ice cream
15 gms dried tutti frooti
20 gms orange jelly
4 gram almonds
3 gram pistachio
3 gram cashew nuts
15 gms red apple
10 gms white raisins
10 gram pomegranate
90 ml orange juice
80 gms sugar
1 gram gelatine powder
15 ml rose syrup
How to Make Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream
1.Cut apples into small cubes and soak in sugar syrup along with raisins.
2.Prepare orange jelly with orange juice, sugar and gelatine.
3.Finely chop cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and keep it aside.
4.Take a tall glass and line it with rose syrup, later layer it with mixture of apple and raisins, orange jelly, assorted nuts, tutti frooti, pomegranate and a scoop of rose petal ice cream and repeat the procedure thrice until the glass is full till the brim.
