About Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream Recipe: While the original gadbad sees a tall glass filled with three differently flavoured ice-cream scoops (in this case, rose petal ice cream!), with nuts, fresh fruit cubes, jelly and tutti frooti alternating each scoop. All this is then topped off with a bit of sweet, thickened milk.

Ingredients of Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream

  • 3 scoops rose petal ice cream
  • 15 gms dried tutti frooti
  • 20 gms orange jelly
  • 4 gram almonds
  • 3 gram pistachio
  • 3 gram cashew nuts
  • 15 gms red apple
  • 10 gms white raisins
  • 10 gram pomegranate
  • 90 ml orange juice
  • 80 gms sugar
  • 1 gram gelatine powder
  • 15 ml rose syrup

How to Make Rose Petal Gadbad Ice Cream

Cut apples into small cubes and soak in sugar syrup along with raisins.

Prepare orange jelly with orange juice, sugar and gelatine.

Finely chop cashew nuts, almonds and pistachios and keep it aside.

Take a tall glass and line it with rose syrup, later layer it with mixture of apple and raisins, orange jelly, assorted nuts, tutti frooti, pomegranate and a scoop of rose petal ice cream and repeat the procedure thrice until the glass is full till the brim.
