Ingredients of Sheesh Kebab

  • 1/2 kg lamb
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 Tbsp spices powder or garam masala
  • 2 Tbsp garlic chopped
  • 2 Tbsp paprika paste

How to Make Sheesh Kebab

  • 1.Mince all the ingredients together on a chopping board using a cleaver.
  • 2.Put on a skewer and pat with a little water to keep it moist.
  • 3.Grill for 10 minutes and serve hot with any kind of bread.
