- 4 Cups watermelon
- 1/4 cups lemon juice
- 1/4 cup sugar or honey
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
- 4 cups chilled water
- Ice cubes
- Mint leaves for garnish

In a blender, blend the chopped watermelon until smooth.
Strain the watermelon juice through a fine-mesh sieve into a large pitcher
Add the lemon juice, honey or sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder to the pitcher. Stir well to combine.
Add chilled water to the pitcher and stir well.
Adjust the salt and sweetness as needed.
Add ice cubes to the pitcher and pour over the shikanji into glasses filled with ice.
