A good way to use up leftover chicken curry - just add rice and make a meal in minutes.
- Leftover chicken curry
- 2 cups rice, soaked
- 2.5 cups water
- Take the leftover chicken curry and add to this soaked rice, a pinch of salt and water.
- Cook till the rice are soft.
- Serve chicken gravy pulao hot garnished with coriander leaves.
