You need 2 tbsp of yellow mustard seeds and black mustard seeds, each. 1/8 tsp cinnamon (broken), 1bsp honey, and 1 tsp salt. Empty all the ingredients in a glass or stainless-steel vessel. Now, cover it up with vinegar. Make sure the vinegar is at least 1/2" above the mixture of ingredients.
Leave the mix for 48 hours. And, blend to a fine paste. Your mustard sauce is ready.
