To begin with the recipe, we first need to prepare the marinade. In a bowl, combine dahi, ginger, garlic, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, kasoori methi, lemon juice and salt. Add the paneer cubes and give it a nice mix. Refrigerate this mixture for around 8-10 minutes.
For the filling, heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add onions and peppers. Saute well. Add the marinated paneer mixture and mix well. Let it cook until the paneer becomes golden brown.
