We all have seen how the Korean wave has taken over India in the past few years. From following the K-beauty trends, music to even watching those amazing K-dramas- we all are engaged with the Korean culture in one way or another. But more than this, there is one more thing that has caught the attention of many. Any guesses on what it might be? Of course, we are talking about the soulful food from this country! The sight of those spicy noodles, rice cakes, gimbap and more just makes us drool. And if you also want to get a taste of South Korea, now is your chance! Korea Tourism Organization and Pullman Novotel have joined hands in association with Travel Dine to curate an exceptional Korean food experience called the #Discover Korea Food Festival at Honk, Pullman New Delhi Aerocity.
The food festival started on 11th April 2022, and will continue till 11th May 2022. The culinary director of Pullman Hotel, Chef Neeraj Tyagi has teamed up with Chef Jiyeol Kim, a Korean Chef and K-food expert from the Embassy of the Republic of Korea and created an extravagant Korean menu.
The #Discover Korea Food Festival has options both for vegetarian and non-vegetarian people. You can choose dishes from salads, snacks, soups, main course and delicious desserts! Some of the classics that the chefs have kept on their menu are Kimichi Jigae soup, Kimbap, Korean Fried chicken, Buldak, Tteokbokki. In all these items, one of our top recommendations for you to try out is the spicy kimchi soup, mushroom gimbap and yummy yasik with green tea ice cream!
