The recipe for this tikki is very easy. Stary by roasting sweet potatoes in the oven till they are cooked through and soft. Peel the sweet potatoes and mash them with a potato masher. Add ginger-garlic paste, kuttu atta, chaat masala, dry mango powder (amchur powder), cumin powder, chilli powder, garam masala and rock salt to the mashed sweet potatoes. Mix till the ingredients have completely combined. Take a scoop of batter and shape it into a tikki. Pan-fry the tikki till it brown from both sides. The sweet potato tikki is ready!
Pro Tip: If you are looking for an easier method of cooking then you can even bake these tikkis in the oven. And if you don't want to use oil, you can also cook it in the air fryer.
