Here is a simple recipe of leftover chicken quesadilla that has leftover chicken diced to tiniest bits and cooked with ginger, garlic, chilli, onion, capsicum and tomatoes along with garam masala and red chilli. It is then sautéed with pizza pasta sauce and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice.
The quesadilla mix is spread over half a roti along with mayonnaise, cheese and chaat masala and folded. It is lightly toasted over a pan right before serving with some tomato ketchup.
The chat masala and the tang of lime combined with chunky chicken make this a mouth-watering snack for your breakfast or evening binge!
