First, take rice and wash and soak it. After 20 mins, boil the rice. Till the rice boils, take the chicken and clean it properly. Heat a pan and add some oil. Throw in ginger-garlic paste and chicken pieces. Let the chicken pieces cook a little. Then add chopped onions, capsicum, and carrots. Now add soy sauce, red chilli sauce, pepper, and lemon zest. Mix these well. Make sure to keep the consistency a bit dry. Add some salt and combine.

Once the rice is cooked, add it to a bowl. From the top, add the prepared chicken. Finally, garnish with spring onions and sesame seeds.
