The actor-turned-writer often gives us sneak peeks into her daily life. And, one thing we know for sure is that Twinkle Khanna is a big-time foodie. Recently, she conducted a poll on Twitter asking fans and followers to vote between two of the popular food items used for garnishing - caviar and dried bombil. Stating that dried bombil is “not quite caviar”, Twinkle Khanna puts her wit as well as language proficiency into describing the “innocuous ingredient that doesn't arouse love or hate.”
Twinkle Khanna wrote, “Being universally likeable is a bit like the sprinkling of dhaniya on top of boiled moong. A bit decorative. A smidgen of flavour. An innocuous ingredient that doesn't arouse love or hate. Some, can't be a sprig of dhaniya though. We are an acquired taste, not quite caviar, but let's say dried bombil,” under the popularity contest. And, further asked people to pick a team.
