The diets of our favourite celebrities are a source of much curiousity. We often love to read about what famous people eat to keep themselves fit in spite of their busy schedules. This diet discussion is not just limited to film personalities but even CEOs of big tech companies like Twitter, Meta and more. Billionaire Elon Musk regularly shares posts about the food he eats and the diet he follows. And now, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg too offered an insight into the diet regime he follows.
The information was shared on Twitter-rival app Threads by Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg. Popular fast food chain McDonald's had posted an image asking their followers if they wanted anything from their outlets. A flurry of comments erupted - but the one that caught our attention was the one by Zuckerberg. "20 nuggets, a quarter pounder, large fries, Oreo McFlurry, apple pie, and maybe some side cheeseburgers for later," he wrote in his tweet.
The huge wishful order by Mark Zuckerberg from McDonald's got people quite surprised. Many of them enquired about how he managed to stay so fit in spite of having such a huge appetite. He revealed that he actually needs to eat around 4,000 calories every day to offset the activity and training he does on a daily basis. "Not cutting weight so I need 4000 calories a day to offset all the activity. And it's so delicious," wrote Zuckerberg in his post on Threads.
This is not the only time we have seen a glimpse of Mark Zuckerberg's diet. Previously, he had revealed that sometimes he gets too busy with work and forgets to eat meals entirely. "Do you ever get so excited about what you're working on that you forget to eat meals? Keeps happening. I think I've lost 10 pounds in the last month from this, but our new products are going to be (fire)," he had once written on Facebook. Click here to read the full story.
