No matter which part of the world we may be in, Indian food will always have a special place in our heart. Whether it is a simple dal-rice or something more filling such as tandoori chicken, we just cannot resist the deliciousness of Indian cuisine. On Wednesday evening, actress Sonam Kapoor was treated to a scrumptious Indian lunch courtesy of her sister Rhea Kapoor. Both the Kapoor sisters are huge food lovers and Rhea Kapoor especially is an excellent chef too. Take a look at what they devoured:

Sonam Kapoor took to Instagram to share a story of the yummy food that Rhea Kapoor got for her. In the photograph, we could see scores of dabbas of good desi khana. There was an aloo rasedaar sabzi topped with kasoori methi that looked super delicious. Rhea Kapoor also made a Palak sabzi as well as a spicy mutton curry for her sister. These scrumptious gravies were paired with masala pulao or paneer rice, and an assortment of theplas and rotis. "Spoiling us," read the caption to the story.
This is not the only time we have seen Sonam Kapoor indulging in good food. The actress was in London for the men's Wimbledon final with her husband Anand Ahuja. She made it a point to enjoy some delicious sandwiches along with strawberries and cream - which is the staple fare at the tennis tournament. Take a look at the photographs she shared:

Meanwhile, Sonam Kapoor also let us into her in-flight food routine. Hot water with lemon, green olives and orange juice were on her platter during her flight from the United Kingdom to India. "Double masking and hydrating with hot water and lemon for an overnight flight from the UK to India," she wrote in the caption. "Only kind of sustenance on a plane," she added in the next story. On the work front, Sonam Kapoor returned to the screen with 'Blind' directed by Shome Makhija. Released on OTT platforms, her performance in it was widely appreciated.
