Masterchef Australia is probably one of the most loved cooking reality shows. Fans eagerly await their favourite contestants' appearances, whipping up new and unique delights that judges rave about. This year, the show's Season 13 has been generating quite some excitement among Indians here and abroad. Delhi-born contestant Depinder Chhibber is one of the reasons why Indian foodies are excited about the show airing on Disney+Hotstar Premium. Earlier this month, chef Depinder had impressed the judges with her homely Indian tiffin meal with Chhole, Kadhai Paneer and her grandmother's pickle recipe. And now, Depinder has yet again won over the internet with her latest creation of a unique green curry cake. Take a look at the video here:

The video was shared by the official handle of Masterchef Australia, where it received over 146k views and hundreds of comments. In the 2 minutes 25-second clip, we could see chef Depinder presenting her Green Curry cake with coconut ice cream and a white chocolate chilli ganache. The creation was topped with edible flowers and coconut crumble.
The creative yet interesting cake garnered immense praise from the trinity of judges. Andy Allen said that he was not a fan of cakes, yet the creation by Depinder won him over. "It could be the new thing. Old curry cake for the win!" he exclaimed. "You've considered the elements of what makes a good Green curry and the elements of what makes a really great cake, and you've found the gaps that mean they can mesh together into a dish that makes sense," said judge Melissa Leong.
Interestingly, Depinder Chhibber had also shared a picture of the unique cake on her official Instagram handle. Here's the post:
"Green Curry Cake with White Chocolate Chilli Ganache, Coconut Ice Cream and a Coconut Crumb. For those who are wondering what this tastes like: honestly it's WILD, I never thought something like a Thai curry which is so savoury could ever taste like a dessert and even @andyallencooks liked it so hey," she wrote in the caption.
