What is not to love about pizza? From the crispy crust to the gooey cheese and a myriad of delectable toppings: this Italian snack is a foodie's paradise. While pizzas can be relished at restaurants, preparing one at home is no doubt super-enjoyable. Recently, a digital creator dropped a pizza-making video on Instagram that has gone viral for all the right reasons. The clip presents viewers with an adorable 19-month-old toddler preparing pizza pie with his mother. You might have stumbled upon several cooking videos on social media. But we bet this one will melt your hearts for real.
The video opens inside a kitchen. Displayed on the table are the ingredients: grated cheese, flour dough, basil leaves and tomato sauce. The toddler, wearing a chequered apron, toys with the rolling pin before getting into the business. First, flour is sprinkled on the board, a sheet is placed on top and the dough is flattened. Next, the kid spreads butter on a separate tray and puts the flattened dough on it.
