As Indians, we have a habit of adding spice to almost all of our dishes. Whether you add in the form of green chillies, dry red chillies, powdered chillies or even a blend of masalas, our meals are just incomplete. And since this one thing goes into almost all of our dishes, it won't be an exaggeration to say that our tolerance for it is strong. However, there are certain times when even the best of us are not able to handle the heat of specific ingredients. Take, for instance, Wasabi. For the unversed, Wasabi is a light green spicy paste often served with Japanese meals. This paste has a sharp taste that hits your taste buds instantly and can even bring tears to your eyes. Therefore, it is always advisable to take this in minimum quantities. Recently, an Indian man was seen trying Wasabi for the first time, and his reaction is too relatable to miss!

In a video uploaded by Instagram user @therezakhan, we can see a man trying Wasabi. He picks a small portion of it in his fork and eats it. After tasting it, he immediately spits it out on tissue as its heat might have been too much to handle. After this, his son-in-law challenges him that if he eats the entire Wasabi, the father-in-law would have to give him $100. He then picks up the whole Wasabi and swallows it. His reaction was enough to tell about the taste. Take a look at the video here:
Ever since the video was uploaded, it has been viewed 355K times, has 12.2K likes and several comments! Many people have called this man brave for eating the Wasabi.
