However, some of these dishes may not be what we expected and turn out to be something completely different. Wasabi, for instance, is a spicy and strong paste usually served with Japanese dishes like Sushi. Its sharp taste makes it quite pungent in nature and instantly draws a reaction from people who are trying it for the first time. The short clip was shared on Instagram Reels by his official handle. It has gone viral receiving 5.7 million views and 458k likes. "Wasabi chakh kar fresh hogaya," wrote the comedian in the caption of the post. In the clip, we could see Johny Lever at an authentic Japanese restaurant in Mumbai. He takes a small bite of wasabi in his fork and tastes it gingerly. His eyes instantly pop open due to the pungent and sharp taste of the paste!
Johny Lever's hilarious expression left Instagram users in splits. Thousands of comments poured into the priceless video. "Expression se hi logo ko hasade ye talent hai apne Johny sir ka," wrote one user while another said, "My all-time favourite comedy king!" Someone also suggested another food for Lever, "Sir, you should try Wasabi Peas too!"
