About 2 Bean & Chicken Soup Recipe: The Soup is a healthy blend of nutrition and protein, something that all age groups will enjoy. The beans and tomato combination adds to a very tex mex flavour that makes the soup delicious and healthy at the same time. A must have during the monsoon season.

Ingredients of 2 Bean & Chicken Soup

  • 100 Gram Red beans
  • 50 Gram Bean sprout
  • 100 Gram Tomato
  • 100 Gram Chicken
  • 25 Gram Onion
  • 10 Gram Garlic
  • 20 Gram Celery
  • Optional Chicken stock
  • 3 Gram Salt
  • 2 Gram Pepper
  • 10 Gram Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil

How to Make 2 Bean & Chicken Soup

  • 1.Boil the red kidney beans, save the water.
  • 2.Roast the tomatoes on open fire or in the oven. Puree it.
  • 3.Cut the chicken into even dices and set aside.
  • 4.Saute the chicken in olive oil add chopped onion, celery, garlic and the tomato puree.
  • 5.Saute well, add the red bean left over water, chicken stock(optional). Season with salt & pepper.
  • 6.Make a small salad of red beans, bean sprout, salt, pepper & olive oil.
  • 7.Pour the soup in a bowl, place the 2 bean salad and drizzle some olive oil.
  • 8.Serve piping hot.
