Allam Kodi Wings, an authentic Andhra dish cooked in a coal-fired oven and then sauté to enhance its flavour. It's a spicy chicken wings starter with a glazy coating and rich ginger savour.

Ingredients of Allam Kodi Wings Roast
- 8 Pieces Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
- 3 Chillies
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt - to taste
- 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala
- 90 ml Oil
- 80 gram Onions chopped
- 30 gram Chopped garlic
- 50 gram Chopped ginger
- 3 tbsp Mango chili powder

Wash and clean the chicken thoroughly and drain all the water.
In a mixing bowl, add chicken wings, two tablespoons of chilli powder, 3 chillies finely chopped, 1/2 tablespoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 tablespoon garam masala, and 1 tablespoon of oil, and add salt to taste. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
Place the marinated chicken wings on the skewers and place them in the coal-fired tandoor oven to cook for 10 minutes
Add 10 ml oil to the frying pan and add chopped onion (80 gm), chopped garlic (30 gm), chopped ginger (50gm), curry leaf, ginger paste & add the chicken wings. Sauté the chicken wings until they form a roast.
Add chopped coriander leaves and cut off the flame.
Transfer the smoky Allam Kodi wings roast to the serving plate, garnish with finely chopped onion salad.
