Ingredients of Aloo Bread Pakoda

  • 3 Mashed potatoes
  • 2 Breads
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/2 Cup besan
  • Pinch of soda

How to Make Aloo Bread Pakoda

Take three potatoes and mash them. Now in a pan add jeera and let it splutter.

Then add your mashed potatoes with masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder and salt as per taste.

Combine and cook. Once done let it come till room temprature.

Till then prepare the pakoda batter by combining besan, water, a pinch of baking soda and some salt. Mix well.

Now take two pieces of bread and add in the prepared aloo masala and close it from top.
6.
Slice it in two pieces and dip in batter. Now fry it in hot oil till golden brown.
