Ingredients of Baked Vegetables
Oven Temp: 325F-160C
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Onions, finely chopped
250 gram Mixed vegetables (cooked till bite like), chopped
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper, powdered
3 cups Cheese, grated
For garnishing Tomato slices
For white sauce:
2 cups Milk
2 tbsp Maida
2 tbsp Butter
How to Make Baked Vegetables
Prepare the white sauce:
1.Mix all the ingredients together and keep stirring to avoid lumps.
2.Melt the butter add onions and stir-fry till they look glossy.
3.Add the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry over high heat till vegetables look like they are coated with the butter.
4.Take it off the heat and mix in the salt, pepper and white sauce.
5.Transfer mixture into an oven proof serving dish.
6.Sprinkle the cheese to cover the mixture, garnish with the tomato slices and bake in a pre-heated oven for half an hour, or till cheese is slightly brown.
You can choose any vegetables of your choice, chopped and boiled.
