  • 2 Bananas (frozen)
  • 3 tsp honey
  • 2 tsp pumpkin seeds
  • 10 ml water

How to Make Banana & Honey Smoothie

Peel the bananas. Put yogurt and bananas in a blender

Add 2 tsp of honey. Add 2 tsp of pumpkin seeds. Add a dash of water
