3-4 Fresh kale leaves
1 cup yogurt
1 large green apple, finely chopped
3/4 cup coconut water
1 small beetroot, finely chopped
A pinch of salt
2 tsp low calorie sweetener
for garnishing fresh mint sprig
How to Make Beetroot Kale Smoothie
1.Tear kale leaves and put in a blender jar, add yogurt, green apple and blend for a minute. Add tender coconut water and blend well. Add beetroot, salt, low calorie sweetener and blend into smooth mixture.
2.Serve in a serving glass and garnish with mint sprig.
