Ingredients of Black Chana Hummus with Vegetable Crudits
- For Hummus:
- 50 gram Black chana (parboiled)
- 5 gram Tahina paste
- 15 mililitres Olive oil
- 2 gram Garlic
- 3 mililitres Lemon juice
- 2 Ice cubes (crushed)
- to taste Salt
- For Crudités:
- 40 gram Carrots
- 40 gram Cucumber
- 40 gram Beetroot
- 20 gram Celery
How to Make Black Chana Hummus with Vegetable Crudits

Soak black chana for 3-4 hours before parboiling. Allow it to cool.

In a blender, take parboiled black chana, Tahina paste, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, crushed ice and salt.

Blend into a smooth paste and keep aside.

Cut all vegetables into long batons or sticks.
5.
Serve with the dip.
