How to Make Chapala Vepudu
For the masala:
1.Mix salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, rice flour, corn flour, ginger garlic paste, cumin powder and lemon juice together.
For the main preparation:
1.Clean the fish and slice it into 3 pieces.
2.Marinate the fish with the masala and leave for about 1 hour.
3.Now deep fry the fish till cooked and keep it aside.
4.Heat oil in pan. Add curry leaves, green chillies and chopped onions.
5.Saute till the onions become translucent.
6.Then add coriander powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder lime juice and the prepared fish.
7.Toss the fish for sometime.
8.Serve with a dash of lemon juice on top.
