Ingredients of Chicken Keema Kachori
- 1.5 plain flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 ajwain
- 2 ghee
- 250 minced chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp haldi powder
- Salt as per taste

Put plain flour in a bowl to start. Add salt, ghee, and ajwain to this to make dough. Set it aside.
Oil should now be added to a hot pan.
Combine onions, ginger-garlic paste, and seasonings such as salt, pepper, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and haldi powder.
Chicken keema is then added and allowed to simmer.
Afterward, bring to room temperature.
Create roundels out of the dough, fill them with the chicken keema mixture, and then seal the top. Once the oil is hot, deep fry this.
Take out and enjoy once crispy and golden!
