Ingredients of Chicken Koliwada

  • 500 gms Boneless Chicken
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Hung Curd
  • 1/2 Cup Gram flour
  • 1 and a half Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Ajwain
  • Oil to deep fry
  • Chaat Masala to sprinkle
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mango Powder
  • To Garnish Coriander Leaves

How to Make Chicken Koliwada

Take a large container, add gram flour, curd along with half of all the dry spices along with salt. Mix well until the required consistency. Add water if required. keep aside.

Meanwhile, in a seperate bowl, add chicken and coat it with left over red chilli powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, salt and mix everything well.

Now, heat oil in a pan, add chicken slices and deep fry until golden and crisp.

Sprinkle some chaat masala and coriander leaves.

Serve with chutney and enjoy!
