Ingredients of Chocolate Marzipan
- 1 and a half Cup Almonds
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Coco powder
- 2 tbsp Light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp Vanilla extra/rose extract/almond axtract
- 2 tbsp Water

Take the almond and grind it into a coarse powder.
Into this add powdered sugar and cocoa powder and grind some more until fine.
The almond meal is ready, now all we have to do is use a liquid to bind this together.
Add light corn syrup, drops of vanilla extract and water.
Knead this dough for not more than 30-60 secs.
Once round smooth dough is formed, wrap it in cling wrap and let it sit in the fridge for 40-60 mins.
Take it out of the fridge; make tiny balls by rolling them between your palms and your chocolate marzipan is ready to be devoured.
