Ingredients of Egg Pepper Fry

  • 4 Boiled Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 4-5 Curry Leaves
  • 1 Onion (Sliced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste

How to Make Egg Pepper Fry

Firstly, boil four eggs.

Then in a pan, add some oil, turmeric, salt and pepper. Cut the boiled eggs into two halves and pan-fry them in the masala oil.

Once it turns golden brown, take them out.

Now in the same oil, add sliced onions, curry leaves, green chillies, and ginger-garlic paste. Let it cook till the onions are soft.

To this, add red chilli powder, pepper, chaat masala, coriander powder and salt as per taste.

Mix it well, and then add the pan-fried eggs.
7.
Combine all the flavours together.
8.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve!
