Kairi Aani Kothimbiricha Tikhat Jam is a simple yet delicious recipe of a spicy mango jam. Made with the tangy bit of raw mango and sweetness of jaggery combined with the spices, This spicy raw mango jam is the perfect accompaniment to go along with a chapati, bread or parantha.

Ingredients of Kairi Aani Kothimbiricha Tikhat Jam (Spicy Raw Mango Jam)

  • 150 Gram Raw mango
  • 100 Gram Jaggery
  • 50 Gram Green coriander, chopped
  • 1 tsp Degi chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin powder, roasted
  • To taste Salt

How to Make Kairi Aani Kothimbiricha Tikhat Jam (Spicy Raw Mango Jam)

  • 1.Boil the raw mango, peel and remove the seed.
  • 2.Mix the raw mango pulp, jaggery, roasted jeera powder & chili powder to a bowl.
  • 3.Slowly cook this mixture & reduce it to half.
  • 4.It will become thick & shiny like a jam.
  • 5.Spicy jam is ready. Keep in a refrigerator.
  • 6.Serve with parathas, bread or phulka.
