  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1 Carrot

Crack three to four eggs into a bowl and beat them.

Add pepper and salt to the bowl. Add carrots and spring onions to this.

Now heat a pan. Drop this egg mixture in a thin layer.

Once it starts to cook, add some cheese and roll the egg to the corner of the pan.

Now, again add a thin layer of egg mix and roll it above the last egg roll.

Continue doing this with the remaining mixture until you have a roll that looks thick and has distinct layers.
