How to Make Maggi Manchurian

  • 1.First, cook maggi as you generally would. Once the water has dried take it off in another bowl.
  • 2.To the maggi add chopped onions, cabbage, carrots, half of your ginger garlic, and salt. After everything is well combined, add cornflour and make a mixture with light hands, don’t mash it too much.
  • 3.Once the mixture is prepared, grease your hands and make tiny balls out of it. Fry these balls in medium heat.
  • 4.In another pan, heat some oil and add remaining ginger-garlic, spring onions, diced onions and capsicum. Stir fry this for a minute.
  • 5.Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Let the sauces cook for 2-3 mins.
  • 6.Make cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbspn cornflour and half cup water. Add the slurry to your pan and let it thicken.
