Ingredients of Maggi Manchurian

  • 2 packet Maggie noodles
  • 1 medium Onion diced
  • 1 medium Capsicum diced
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Shredded carrots
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion
  • 1/2 cup Cornflour
  • 4 tbsp Chopped ginger and garlic
  • 1 tsp Chillies
  • 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • Salt as required

How to Make Maggi Manchurian

First, cook maggi as you generally would. Once the water has dried take it off in another bowl.

To the maggi add chopped onions, cabbage, carrots, half of your ginger garlic, and salt. After everything is well combined, add cornflour and make a mixture with light hands, don’t mash it too much.

Once the mixture is prepared, grease your hands and make tiny balls out of it. Fry these balls in medium heat.

In another pan, heat some oil and add remaining ginger-garlic, spring onions, diced onions and capsicum. Stir fry this for a minute.

Now add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Let the sauces cook for 2-3 mins.

Make cornflour slurry by mixing 2 tbspn cornflour and half cup water. Add the slurry to your pan and let it thicken.
7.
You can add some water to adjust the consistency of the gravy.
8.
Finally, add the fried noodle balls and garnish with spring onions. Your maggi manchurian is ready!
