Ingredients of Mai Tai
- 30 ml Dark Jamaican
- 30 ml Golden Over-proof Rum
- 15 ml orange liqueur
- 15 ml almond syrup or almond liqueur
- 4 lime wedges
- Splash lime juice
- Garnish: 2 cherries, pineapple wedge, pineapple leaf, mint leaves
- Glass: Hawaii/Tall
How to Make Mai Tai

Add crushed ice to shaker. Pour all ingredients over ice.

Squeeze and drop the lime wedges in. Shake for 10 seconds.
3.
Taste to adjust flavors. Fill glass with crushed ice.
4.
Pour drink over ice. Garnish.
